The story behind
the system.
From sleeping on a WeWork floor to building AI-powered growth infrastructure that’s generated $1M+ for clients. This is how it happened -- no curation, no filter.

C&C LIVE — ON STAGE

SPARTAN RACE — FOUNDATION
I didn’t start with a plan. I started with a gap — between what the traditional system promised and what it actually delivered. University didn’t have the answers. Neither did the corporate path. So I went looking.
What I found, through a decade of selling internet packages at Costco, losing everything in crypto, sleeping on office floors, and writing emails that generated millions in revenue — is that growth isn’t magic. It’s architecture. And most people are building without blueprints.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES
What I believe.
These aren’t slogans. They’re scars that became rules.
“Validate before you build.”
The most expensive thing in business is building the wrong thing fast. Prove the economics, prove the audience, prove the offer — then build.
“Scale what works.”
Don't optimize what's broken. Find what's already converting, understand why, and systematize it. Then pour fuel on it.
“Build like an architect. Validate like a scientist. Execute like the market doesn't care about your feelings.”
Three modes, one person. Know which mode you're in. Most founders are stuck in one and neglecting the other two.
“Systems over heroics.”
A business that depends on one person's brilliance is fragile. A business that runs on systems is antifragile. Build the system.
“Every business problem traces back to a founder problem.”
Your offer, your pitch, your operations — they're all expressions of who you are. Fix the foundation, everything built on top becomes easier.
“Indecision is death.”
A wrong decision made fast teaches you something. A right decision made never teaches you nothing. Move.
“Analysis paralysis is fear wearing a lab coat.”
You don't need more data. You need the courage to act on what you already know.
“Speed without structure destroys.”
I've lost money moving too fast AND watched companies die from moving too slow. The answer isn't one or the other — it's knowing when to switch gears.
