C&C is a coaching and community platform for entrepreneurs -- running high-ticket programs with a sales-led model. Before we joined, they had a lot on their plate and struggled to find time to craft strategic emails. The result: low open rates, low click-through rates, not enough email-driven sales, and no clear strategy for daily, weekly, or monthly email cadence.

The Email IV Framework
The Email IV Framework is built on two multipliers: Impact (the quality of each email -- voice, copy, strategy, timing) and Volume (deliverability, open rates, click rates, and sending frequency). Multiply them together and you get the revenue equation.
Customer Journey Mapping
Mapped the full journey end-to-end, then engineered automations for every stage -- welcome, indoctrination, purchase, post-purchase, and nudges that moved buyers toward booking a call.
Constant Iteration
Tight feedback loops through A/B testing, message angles, and deliverability monitoring. Fed learnings back into the next round of campaigns. 130+ tests over 9 months.
Sales Team Alignment
Interviewed the team, listened to sales calls, stayed in close communication so the messaging matched what prospects were actually saying. Not email in a vacuum -- email integrated with the sales motion.
